Netflix decided it wanted to crash and interrupt me watching Pulp Fiction while consuming some Hopsecutioners, so I decided to check on my ex-128i. Yes I’m still stalking it. Well today I googled the VIN and found an ad for the car from when I bought it. !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!

I bought a (new, factory order) Focus ST when I was in Germany and still remember the VIN. I sold it to a couple in Stuttgart and last I checked it was for sale in Virginia
Edit: still for sale

That’s pretty cool, it’s always intriguing to see where old cars end up.

How did a German 2007 Focus ST end up in Virginia?

US Spec. Military overseas can order directly from the factory. It was the ST trim on the ZX4 sedan (bigger engine, wheels, 5 speed, etc.) Not the ST we get now but an absolute blast to drive

I originally thought it was a Euro ST, but my suspicions leaned towards yours being the ZX4 ST (after some Google sleuthing). Thanks for the response, I spent a good 15-30 minutes researching it, haha

Yeah it wasn’t the sweet 5 cylinder one the Germans got, but it’s probably the funnest car I had. There’s the “slow car fast” mentality, but this was like a “medium speed car fast."
